Today, Nick Garner of http://www.sportstalk4kids.com visited the cross country course at Mt SAC college in southern California. The MT SAC Invitational at Mt San Antonio college is the largest cross country meet in the world. It is three days of races climbing the epic hills like Reservoir Hill, Poop Out Hill, or the dreaded Switchbacks. Runners from third grade through college take to the courses by the hundreds.
