This live satellite broadcast will provide up-to-date information on the rapidly changing field of immunization. Anticipated topics include new recommendations for influenza vaccine, including routine vaccination of children and expanded use of live attenuated influenza vaccine; pneumococcal conjugate vaccine shortage; varicella vaccine; and vaccine safety issues. The broadcast will feature a live question and answer session in which participants nationwide can interact with the course instructors via toll-free telephone lines.
