What is 3C Community Network?

3C Community Network is a closed-circuit satellite channel that provides proprietary and specialty programming to the California Community Colleges and affiliated entities. Colleges throughout the CCC are equipped with satellite downlinks, allowing them to view this special programming. These programs are not offered throughout webcasts.
