How to watch 3CTV from the Chancellor's Office

Q. How can people at the Chancellor's Office watch a 3CTV broadcast?
A. Conference Room 3A, 3B and Executive Conference Room 3rd Floor have access and the required equipment for 3CTV.

Q. What is the process for reserving a room to watch a 3CTV broadcast?
A. Staff would need to reserve a room with access. Contact Catherine McKenzie or Tim Brown for access to and enabling the equipment.  Equipment is in a locked closet.

Q. What is the process to request a videotape recording of a 3CTV broadcast viewed at your site?
A. That would be done in 3B, so we would need access to the equipment during the time of the broadcast.  In addition, staff would need to provide a tape to record the program on.
