Below you will find a list of forms to help you request a solution; please choose the form which best meets your needs.  If you have any questions regarding the RIGHT solution for your project, please contact the Marketing Services Department at 760-744-1150 x1552. 

Program Release - Use this form if...

• you are sending us original material that you would like to air on either 3CTV or 3C Community Network. This form, which grants us the rights to air your program, must accompany each submission.

Distribution Service Request Form - Use this form if you...

• have a program you'd like to make available to students and/or faculty? We can distribute programs from videotape or those received through the 3C Media Solutions via satellite, teleconference or videoconference. OR
  
  
• would like 3C Media Solutions to create and host web pages about your distributed program or event. OR
  
  
• are an educator who would like an opportunity to interact on a real-time basis with your constituents, no matter where they are located. Make your presentations more effective NOW! OR
  
  
• have got a great program or event that you'd like to make available to only a select audience, We'll web cast your program and ensure only those you specify can access the content.*

Video Recording Service Request Form - Use this form if...

• there is a satellite delivered program or teleconference you'd like access to but we not broadcasting it. We will record any satellite-distributed program or teleconference and provide you with a copy.

Technical Customer Support Request Form - Use this form if you...

• would like to receive 3C Media Solutions programming but you don't have any technical experience with satellite. Our technical expertise is just one click away. 3C Media Solutions Engineering will work with you and our preferred satellite vendor to install and authorize a satellite appliance at your location.

Production Services Request Form - Use this form if you...

• want to produce an educational television program but need the production expertise to make your vision a reality. Let 3C Media Solutions’

Advertising Services Request Form - Use this form if you...

• have worked hard to create a fantastic telecourse and want an easy way to tell others about the work you've done. We'll show a portion of your proprietary program on our statewide network and worldwide web cast; we'll tag the program with information for others to license and order copies.

TV Announcement Request Form - Use this form if you...

• want to get the word out about the great activities, events, programs and students on your campus! CCCSAT will display the information via our satellite digital broadcast to all 109 CCC's. It's easy and affordable - because it's FREE!
