Affiliates are required to provide 3C Media Solutions a copy of the program information, teleconference registration confirmation, license, and satellite coordinates for all recording service requests. The requesting affiliate is responsible to pay all fees associated with receiving and recording the satellite teleconference or video program.

3C Media Solutions can record any analog C or Ku-Band non-encrypted free or public domain live or prerecorded satellite video feed.
