College of Alameda hosted the Umoja Conference on November 8 and 9, 2013. Umoja is a community of educators and learners committed to the academic success, personal growth and self-actualization of African American and other students. This episode of P-SPAN features the opening ceremony, a couple of workshops, and the student fashion show.
