Peralta News: $3.6 Million TAA Grant

The Peralta Colleges recently was awarded a $3.6 million dollar grant, part of a 15 million dollar Trade Adjustment Assistance Grant from the Obama Administration. As part of the announcement Congresswoman Barbara Lee made a visit to Laney College and Secretary of Labor Hilda L. Solis visited Berkeley City College. Randy Tillery of Contra Costa Community College talks to us about what the grant is and what it means to Bay Area community colleges.
