Loretta Newsom has dedicated her life to helping students. 35 years that is! At Berkeley City College she and her team in the Administration and Records Office represent the first point of contact with enrolling students. She discusses the process and why it's important to be responsible about completing the process so that they may move towards their educational endeavours.
