Part I of a 3 part series, Protein Chemistry, recorded by Jim Lamkey for Foundations in Food Science. Jill Golden MS RDN
I am publishing this video because I am proud of what I did to it. I downloaded the video which was first recorded live on CCCConfer for my class. Then imported the video into iMovie. Added pictures of some of the slides for the intro and recorded an introduction in Audacity. The original was 2 hours long, so I cut out some parts and divided it into 3 segments. Hope you enjoy.
