Belal Mogaddedi takes one vault at 13'9. For safety reasons he takes a short run up and clears. He has the capability of going much higher if he gets the right poles....as it is, his borrowed pole is too short and the weight restriction too light for him to take a longer run up or to try a higher height. Proper equipment=state title=division I scholarship=possible elite pole vaulter. Currently Belal is 2nd in Northern California after 1 attempt.
