  • TechConnect Cloud (3C Media) On Demand (register for an account)
    TechConnect offers faculty, staff, and administrations of the California Community Colleges System the opportunity to create an account (free of charge). Highlights include:
    • Personal account for uploading and storing media
    • Ability to share media privately or publicly (embed, email link, or post to the 3C site)
    • Request captioning for your media in a few short, simple steps
  • 3C Media Qikr AI 
    TechConnect has officially transitioned 3C Media Qikr AI from a pilot program into a fully adopted TechConnect service starting Fall 2026! To learn more please schedule a 1-on-1 Demo/QA session.

    3C Media Qikr AI is built around a "Learning Loop" framework and powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), it operates securely within course boundaries—drawing answers strictly from uploaded material rather than the open web.
    • For Students: The central point of access within Canvas is the Student Hub where students can interact with published 24/7 Socratic tutor(s) to guide their learning, answers course and syllabus questions, and backs up every response with direct, verifiable citations from class materials. They will also have access to conversations with the assistant(s) and teachers. 
    • For Faculty: Reduces administrative workload and enhances teaching strategies by automating the creation of quizzes, rubrics, and lesson plans directly aligned with course content (Teacher Tools).
    • For Administrators: Delivers system-wide governance, data privacy controls, and usage analytics to ensure quality, security, and equitable access across campuses.

  • LTI Integration

    Manage your media content directly within your LMS. Ability to upload, embed, and manage media is seamless.

  • Share a Playlist

    Account holders can create and share playlists from within their TechConnect Cloud account.

  • Video Interactivity

    Effortlessly turn any video into an interactive learning experience that captures attention and drives results. Design high-quality multimedia content using intuitive creation tools, then supercharge it with embedded questions, discussions, and real-time interactions without ever leaving the platform.
