CCC Board of Governors Meeting | March 2026
The March 24, 2026, Board of Governors (Board) meeting will be held at the Chancellor’s Office in Sacramento, California, with Board Members participating in person.
Members of the public may participate in person or on the streaming platform. Members of the public seeking to comment on an agenda item or another topic within the jurisdiction of the Board of Governors will be given the opportunity to comment in advance or during the live meeting.
The meeting is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with Closed Session from 9:05 AM to 9:40 AM.

Item 4.1: Approval of Contracts and Grants
- Item 1 consists of a new grant with San Bernadino Community College District for the Alternate Text Production Center to provide a coordinated system-wide approach to produce printed information in alternate media (such as braille, large print, electronic text) formats for the California Community College system.
- Item 2 consists of a new grant with Coast Community College District to facilitate the systemwide implementation of common course numbering and to promote equitable transfer and baccalaureate degree attainment.
- Item 3 consists of a new grant with Foothill-De Anza Community College District to support the California Virtual Campus (CVC), inclusive of the Course Exchange, and delivers a systemwide ecosystem of online education access and student support.
- Item 4 consists of a new grant with Foothill-De Anza Community College District to design, procure, modernize, and deploy a new eTranscript California 2.0 platform.
- Item 5 consists of eight new Regional Collaboration and Coordination grants to advance career education and workforce development.
- Item 6 consists of a new grant with Foothill De Anza Community College District, to serve as the lead administrative and operational entity for the statewide Career Passport initiative program.
