At the Laney Campus on April 12th there will be a health fair.
From 11am to 1pm there will be health organizations offering all types of free advice and services! Also there will be live musical performances and skits all event long.

And from 6pm to 9pm there will be an informative HIV Showcase plus you can get screened for HIV free! Peralta Wellness Center Director Indra Thadani stresses it is a responsibility to one's self and others to practice safe sex and get screened on a regular basis in order to conquer this deadly disease. While early treatment can prolong life, not many people know that the daily medicine for an HIV positive patient is very cost prohibitive at $3300 a month!
