In this workshop, attendees will be introduced to tips and techniques to incorporate project-based learning and problem-based learning exercises into an online learning environment. As both of these learning models involve collaborative student work, discussion will include strategies to promote collaboration geared to the community college demographic. Time constraints, interest and dissimilar experience levels, and other barriers to successful collaborative efforts will also be explored.
