On Sunday afternoon, less than 24 hours after their narrow defeat of Lithuania, the USA Basketball team welcomed media members into their afternoon practice. We were in attendance, to talk to the athletes with Long Beach ties (Russell Westbrook was born in LB, Kobe Bryant played his first pro game in the Pyramid, and James Harden was in several open runs in the Pyramid during the lockout last year).
