Quality Matters - Continuous Improvement in Online and Blended Courses (OTC12)

The Quality Matters Program was developed from a FIPSE funded grant in the early aughts and has grown today to be the national standard for online course design. In this session, we will explain the Quality Matters Rubric and Process as well as share the experiences of some of our subscribers, from the faculty point of view.
