Ohlone College has the fourth largest enrollment of deaf and
hard of hearing post-secondary students in the world, ranking after
Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C., the National Technical
Institute for the Deaf at Rochester Institute of Technology in New York,
and California State University at Northridge. We also have one of the
largest populations of hearing students studying American Sign Language
and Interpreting in the world, with a student enrollment of approximately
600 students each year.
