This item presents the September 17, 2019 Board of Trustees meeting minutes for review and approval by the Board of Trustees.

Item 2.2 Public Vote on Non-Executive Hires 
This item presents the Board of Trustees with a list of candidates for non-executive hires.

Item 2.3 Foundation Administrative Services Agreement
This item presents the Board of Trustees with the Administrative Services Agreement with the Foundation for California Community Colleges (Foundation).

Written communications that are not on the agenda item will be read during the Public Comment period. The Board Chair will explain that public comment will be heard in an orderly fashion.

Personnel Matters: Under Government Code section 54957, subdivision (b), the Board of Trustees hereby provides public notice that it may meet in Closed Session to consider the appointment or employment public employees. Public employees include exempt persons exempt from civil service under Article VII, section 4, subdivision (e) of the California Constitution.
